8924th you say this addon is irreplaceable but just below you J_Smithee tells you which addon you can use to replace it LOL.
I've switched to Easy DragToGo+ It's a bugger it doesn't give you a visual that you've saved the file but it does the same thing but with more options. Thanks for the info J_Smithee!

A great addon but sadly compatibility with betas and nightly builds is pretty borked. Text-to-url dragging does not work at all and images are opened instead of saved, regardless of what the options are. Although recently that stopped working completely as well. Hope it is all resolved soon, this addon is irreplaceable :(

Do not download! For a while now I was pissed at youtube for playing these annoying rotating video ads and other sites having video ads that made it difficult to shut off and audio over audio. I tried cleaning everything off my computer for malware, spyware etc. Turns out there is a "marketing" option in this addon that is on by default forcing all these ads. With many addons you might never notice and it doesnt give you any way to opt into this or warn you about it. Once I turned off that option things went back to normal!

Not only it is annoying but it makes almost every page you visit incredibly slow and unresponsive and forwards your data to other providers.

Might as well call this addon spyware/malware! I am going to report it.

BAD!! There's video advertise embed in web, and make lots noise repeatly. Confuse me long time when I read news from yahoo. Can't imagine the trouble maker is this addons, so dirty trick.
偷偷內嵌廣告於網頁，每次在看yahoo新聞時都會重複跑出惱人的廣告聲音，查了好久竟然是這個插件，太惡劣了。

This is a great add-on. Super easy to open links in new windows and search for text. It's an essential tool.

The one I used to have for an older version of firefox had a couple of extra features that I'd like to see here... dragging up opened in a foreground tab, dragging down opened in a background tab. I miss that. I know you can hold shift key and drag for similar results here, but dragging up/down was easier.

Also there's a bug... whenever I drag a link from a google images search results page, it scrolls the google image search page to the top. It didn't used to do that. I think it needs a fix. (I'm using FF 12.0)

Works really well, however I have one suggestion: allow (optional) the user to select which direction the new tab appears in by the direction that the person drags the link - for example, if they drag it to the right, it opens a tab on the right and if they drag it to the left it opens a tab to the left.
