Re-enabled forced reloading to fix the "More" buttons for multiple recipients.
Forced reloading also fixes the To and Cc label spacing after switching mode.

Added a context menu item for the "Message Header Toolbar Customize" add-on.
Added an item to hide all headers to the toolbar > view menu and the message and message list context menus.
In double line compact mode:
- added To and Cc (recipients), when available.
- moved To and Cc to just after From (author).
Changed Replace Header Toolbar to Hide Header Toolbar, it still replaces the toolbar with the Website (link), when available.
