This is a minor feature addition that shows notifications on connection and disconnection.
Also added some machine-translated labels for some languages.

The uploaded xpi is identical to one uploaded here: https://github.com/exteditor/ghostbird/releases/tag/v0.3.0

I intend to add header to console logs and make them less verbose after adding notification UIs in the coming versions.

This is a minor bug fix where data sent to the text editor lacked the `host` field.

It still lacks status notification nor error message box except the toolbar button becoming red or blue, but the console log is chatty. I intend to add header to console logs and make them less verbose after adding notification UIs in the coming versions.
