After using this great extension forever, I simply find myself like using my computer with an old-school pencil without this extension, since updated Firefox 3.6 is not compatible. :(

Hi, count me as another vote for this great add-on.
Can anyone tell me how to set "Append URL to Clipboard" as the default action ? That would make it perfect !

At last, I have autocopy back in FF 3.6 thanks to the modified version posted here.
For easy reference to anyone still looking for it, it's at this url:

I've now got this working on TB3 (thanks to other reviewers here) and it's brilliant and hugely useful.
Annoying that you need to edit the files rather than just installing it automatically, but hopefully that will get updated soon.

Here's an AutoCopy xpi with a modified install.rdf. The maxVersion property is set to "3.6.*" as described by mk10001. Works perfectly for me -- hope it does for you as well!

Same story every time firefox is updated. It would be nice if the author could keep this gread addon updated... Is there any tool to do this modifying operation in Mac OSX? I can extract the xpi and modify the install.rdf, but when I need to recompress the file will be named autocopy-v1.0.rar and the OS will not allow that I rename the rar file to *.xpi (error code -10823). I use "The Unarchiver" to decompress and "SimplyRAR" to compress. "SimplyRAR" will not allow me to edit the the compressed files in the xpi file directly. So am completely lost and can't do it without some help. Maybe someone could upload the modified xpi?

This is a fantastic add on. I hope Michael Lidman gets it working for FF3.6
