It's like remembering to change the oil in your car, it just needs to be done on occasion - especially if you've got emails going back more than a decade. I especially like the ability to check for bad email addresses in the address book. Unfortunately if you have a large number of email addresses you'll get greylisted pretty quickly and that makes checking your list useless after a point. »
