This is one of the best add-ons you could find for Firefox, especially if you are a uni student like me! In the spare 5 minutes you can find, you can search whatever you need for your assignment, then quicky write up some notes or a good web page, and then come back to it when you have more time! A must have for all students!

I like it!!! It is very helpfull and it`s a good idea to make it useable with Xmarks for another computer.

I reviewed tons of solution for note taking, but this is the best...far the best! Use with Simplenote on the web, and just perfect for my Android too! Congratulation and Thank You!

Great work with this add-on, I'm enjoying using it. I also like the additional scripts available for it.
One thing that I'd like to have is the ability to open it up in the sidebar to takes notes while viewing web pages. It would expand its usefulness imo.

One of the most useful add-on I have come across recently! It has just everything I need. And it syncs with Xmarks without any extra setup! It's just fabulous!
Only one thing that I could wish is the ability to strike through words. That would be really helpful for Todo-lists.

On November 28, 2011, I wrote a review, and requested 2 features (the ability to change the background color of the notes, and the ability to remove the icons from the status bar). I have now learned that both are already part of the program. Sweet!
The reason I didn't find these pre-existing options was that I was looking for an "Options" radio button in the FF Add-ons Manager, and there isn't one for QuickFox Notes (only "Disable" and "Remove"). I therefore didn't realize that there are options (and I only found the options when I looked at the JPEG provided by smed79). My first reaction was "how did I miss that?", until I realized that the options are accessed in such an unconventional way.
I respectfully suggest that the QFN options menu be accessible in the same manner as the options for virtually all other FF extensions.

Hi! That's a nice add-on. UI is looks really good, but it would be great if:
1) It could be possible to set white background for notes
2) Notes could be opened in sidebar
Could you please make this features in one of next updates?

This is an excellent addon. Now I have shared clipboard between all computers which I am using. Used it for a week, didn't find even single issue.
Note that author recommends XMarks, but in my case it is working with standard FF Sync without any issue (I gave up on XMarks once they drop a password sync support).
Last, but not least, developer is very responsible and takes care about an addon.
