Added new config settings:
- which part of the sender/addressee to copy:
- name only,
- address only or
- both (if given)

- which fields of the email to copy:
- From: field
- To: field
- Cc: field
- Bcc: field
- the other party, ie. the From: field for incoming emails and the To: field for outgoing emails

* Bugfixes:
- fix wrong behavior when an email address had no <...> part

* Other Improvements:
- disable menu items if not exactly 1 email is selected (previously, an error was logged)
