Great idea Phil, I would to see this work without having to full reinstall. I think this is definitely something that needs to be implemented due to the fact that my tasks always look so unorganized without color.

Please keep me update on your progress (if possible).

4 stars for the great idea (-1 due to fact it doesn't work fully, don't know if it will work with full reinstall but not will to try at the moment)

Hello All,

I wonder how this rumor came up that you need to reinstall Sunbird / Lightning? This should not be the case. In any case, please do not use reviews as a support request, I think this is unfair!

The only thing I can imagine why one would need to reinstall in relation to what I have mentioned in the past is an unforseen error with the Mozilla Platform which I have no influence in. Somewhere between Sunbird/Lightning 0.5 and 0.7 we introduced extension dependencies. Later on we found out that this caused users that have upgraded a profile from 0.5 to 0.7 to always get the "requires additional items" error, even though the versions are correct.

Again I must say, this was not my fault and has nothing to do with this extension and will rather happen with ANY extension that is made for both Sunbird and Lightning.

I would love for this to work, but I'm getting the message that it requires addiitional items as well. I only use lightning, is there any way to get this to work? Also I use the Remember the Milk extension as well, so is there any way to color code based on category or tags instead of calenda? (Considering the calendar is always Remember the Milk)

If you have not been able to use this extension, how do you justify 2 stars? Please use the support contacts, if you require support.

This extension requires a patch pending review in bug 202360, which is also one reason this extension is still experimental. Sorry I haven't noted.
