Well, not exactly a must-have, but a nice touch nevertheless! Especially when you set up Firefox for someone special and personalize it that way...

I like this. I really do. I just have one problem with it. It should only show the splash screen the FIRST time firefox loads into memory.
After the first time you launch firefox it stays in the memory(and the processes window in task manager). The reason for this is so that the next time you open Firefox it opens quickly and doesnt have to load the program all over again.
This little addon is actually INCREASING the time it takes to open a new firefox window because you have to wait for the splash screen to "load". When really...the program is already in memory AND loaded. You are now just waiting for this dummy splash screen to pass.
Anyway, just thought i would try to save some people some time.

This is a great add-on that should probably be shipped with Firefox.
The option "close splash when main window loads" should be ticked by default because it is a loading screen but other than that, I recommend this add-on to everyone.

Over all i was very impessed with this addon, it works well, and the amount of customisation you can do is amzing, and it helps me to see if i accidenly clicked on firefox

Splash! 2.0.0.2
This add-on can be used to learn languages,
to learn vocabulary
without effort.
Could you make it possible that
Splash! load in
every time
when I open a new tab.
Then I could give a new word and
its pronunciation audio to Splash!
and so I could easily repeat
and learn foreign words.
But would be better to give a wordlist to Splash!!!
not just a word.
Could you re-write this add-on
to work like I wrote above.
This would be very, very great.

Its cool if you have a really slow computer. I have a fast one but when it gets slow its great cause i know firefox is loading and its just being slow

when i open Firefox now i cant believe that this isn't a pre-installed plug-in!
helps me know that Firefox is loading b4 it pops up (dial up XD)
