Just install it and use the Select Columns button to choose Sender Mailaddress instead of Sender.

And the 0.0.5 version from the developer's website works with Thunderbird 2.0.0.6.

Resolves a long standing issue with TB not showing full email addresses in mail list. Simple and easy to use. More flexible than Show InOut. Unfortunately neither is currently available for 2.0.0.6 yet. Hopefully soon...
