Even with version 1.4 the problem is the same: the toolbar cannot be modified since, after a Firefox restart, it reverst back to the layout it had before this addon was installed.
Tried with TWO new profiles and the problem remains (and another review seems to confirm the problem).

great functionality achieved by a minor shift in location:
- icon stays hidden inside the address bar unless an rss-feed is detected
- saves space on toolbar for other icons/functions

Nice and simple - love that it's restartless - but I'd really prefer it to be placed left of the bookmark star. Any chance of making this an option, or even the default placement? The option of a frameless glyph instead of a button would be nice, too. Thanks!

Finally the RSS icon can return in address bar.
The icon is not perfectly centered, is 1 pixel moved toward the top.
