Fixed bug: nothing happens when clicking the open all links menu with default settings

Added: a confirmation message for each link you are opening, you can turn these confirmations off in the extension's options dialog

Fixed bug: "Open all links" menu only visible in message pane, not in a new message window. Don't specify an overlay for chrome://messenger/content/message.xul, use chrome://messenger/content/mailWindowOverlay.xul instead.

New feature: exclude certain links from being opened based on a regular expression. Spamcop users, use this: ^http://www.spamcop.net/upgradeaccount.shtml$
