Wonderful and essential for anyone with more than one e-mail account or more than one thing in their life connected to an e-mail account. Having the ability to switch signature files for the same e-mail account depending on what the e-mail is for is essential, and signature switch makes the job easy. Kudos.

Very useful Add-on if you need many signatures.
Improvement would be very helpful for the process of creating and inserting html-signatures in the correct code so that the signature and the mail text are shown correctly and correspondingly in harmony.

Signature Switch is a very useful add on to Thunderbird. It takes the work out of putting a suitable signature under the text of the mail. The only improvement I see is the placement of the signature for replies and forwards. I can't understand why the signature has to be below the quote/the original message.

Une extension qui fait ce dont j’ai besoin : choisir entre plusieurs signatures dans la page d’édition d’un message. Je n’ai pas vraiment testé les options proposées.

This extension just works, which is a great achievement by the developer.
After configuration, it quietly adds its value.
No hassles with new versions or feature bloat.

Sehr nützlich, praktisch und dank der Option, einer „Reintext“-und einer „HTML“-Signatur für einen Zweck einzugeben, sehr flexibel verwendbar.
Ausgesprochen praktisch ist die jederzeit mögliche Umschaltung der Signatur – welche unter einer Mail stehen soll, ergibt sich (zumindest bei mir) regelmäßig erst während des Schreibens oder vor dem Absenden.

I love this add-on. The identities section works well
I do have a question that maybe someone has figured out how to do. I want to use a signature during specific times of the day. For example, I have a signature that I use for my work stating that people do not need to respond right away if they see my email outside of their working hours. I would like to activate it for emails I send between 0510p-0750a. Is that possible?

perfect!
it ist better than outlook signature management! you can't configure automatic switch for reply or forwarding (at least I couldn't find out yet), but that is not a real issue, you switch manually in such a case.
to insert images you need to use html, and you should test that before you use it, because thunderbird is interpreting the html differently then other mail clients or a web browser in case of web access on the side of the recipient.
So if you want the signature to have a certain apperance on the side of the recepient, you shold test the apperance on both clients, and adjust the sizing according to the apperance on the other side. (the apperance on outlook is pretty much the same as the apperance via web access, at least in my case)

However in which folder are the signatures stored? Can't find them. Having to esport them and save the file to be able to save it to another disk is feasable but could be easier.
