Best plugin ever. Better than using favorites all the time which takes up way too much time

The speed dial bug that causes the "You have chosen to open Mozilla Firefox.lnk" window to pop up is easy to fix although I am not sure what caused it. If you have unassigned "dials" on your speed dial homepage one of those will be assigned to that file. It will appear blank but have the title "Untitled". Clear this dial (it may take some patience) and the problem is fixed.

Running a Pentium D 3.2GHz Intel with A-Bit 775 socket with 2GB of PC4200 Dual-chan OCZ. I would typically notice a lot of lag after a few minutes of use. I found FireFox using 1.5GB RAM of my 2GB. And most all the time if I left Mozilla running when away I would come back to see a Mozilla crash report in the systray. Better than the other dial program by far, but just the quirks I dealt with and uninstalled Speed Dial. Now, all is fine.

I found the problem is in the setting of SpeedDial Option's Default setting .In the "advance" page 's "size" group the "Maxim pixel" size default value is "-1" you should set that to bigger
than the Min size and fit your screen resolution.then the Speed Dial will work fine again.(Sorry I use the Chinese version the name of parameter is from My guess)

I have also noticed erratic behavior. I notice regular pulses of activity, I run a net meter and it showed download activity, the AV also was accessed (but did not alert). A single FF did not cause problems, but when Spped dial was disabled it stopped. So Speed Dial, have you been hijacked?? since others have seen the same events...

Speed Dial is a great and useful tool! However, the latest update seems to conflict with the "NoScript" add on. There seems to be a conflict that disallows some kind of download into speed dial. When either of these two tools is disabled, my Firefox works great. I want to run them both. Help!!

Love speed dial but recently it seems to slow down firefox. no idea why but it tells me invalid URL and seems to just make everything load slow.

Hello!
I use speed dial for some quite some time now and never had any problem. But since a few days ago i noticed my Firefox started with a strange behaviour. Whenever the mouse cursor was not moving (like now, when i'm typing, not using the mouse) it would show the hourglass continually, like forever continually - just as if there was something loading, but there was not anything loading, actually. After some time trying to figure out what was the problem, i found out it was Speed Dial since the problem stopped after i disabled it. The problem occured even if i didn't have the "Speed Dial" front page open. It didn't cause any crash or anything, but it was just annoying you know, having the hourglass spinning constantly.

Can You improve speed dial? I had to unistal it because when firefox run it always show alter: The URL is valid and can.t be load.
I love speed but I can.t use it now

Very nice, just uninstalled fast dial and installed speed dial, this is very bug free, love it, my only problem is that I can not configure any background image... Dear Developer, can you add this feature to the next release? Thanx very much!

Of late whenever I bring on the browser, a pop up window opens saying Opening Mozilla FireFox.lnk and refuses to go away even if we try to close the window. It opens itself once every few seconds and soon exhausts all system memory. I have been forced to disable Speed Dial which I love to use. Please help solve this Malware problem

I like it alright but I wish it had customizable backgrounds. And after a while when I got to it it will say 'chrome://speeddial/content/speeddial.xul' and I won't be able to open any of the pages on the speed dial page.

very handy and easy to use..but I now uninstalled it because it began to give me script problems with Firefox frozing it down.. I hope it gets solved cause I´m starting to miss it..
