I would give this add-on a 5++++ stars but I can't add more stars. Anyway....I love your add-on. It really helps me with my eye site issues and - well - it's pretty! Keep up the great work. Thank you for this add-on.

Thanks for the add-on. It helps to make using Thunderbird a much nicer experience.

How does one change the color options?

The extensions does work with my 52.5.0
Color Folders help me recognize quickly out of the many folders I use. Reason I still use this in Linux.

Below is what it says in error console. I don't know what all the reference to Chrome is because Firefox is now my default browser and I don't even have Chrome on my computer.

I had this installed for few years. Now, with Thunderbird in current version 52, it doesn't work. Here is console output:

TypeError: com.fisheater is undefined[Learn More] colorfolders.js:16:3
com.fisheater.colorFolders.init chrome://colorfolders/content/colorfolders.js:16:3

Doesn't appear to apply to color folders. But the only entries containing "color"

Below is an error in Thunderbird 52.2.1 (32bit) version. Colorfolders has worked for awhile but now ceases to work. Can't change any color of any folder.

Hello, I use the latest version of TB (52.1.1) the ColorFolder menu in TB and disabled.
Error Console Result:
"ReferenceError: ColorFolder is not defined [Learn more]
TypeError: this.chromeUtilsWindow.openUILinkIn is not a function [read more] "

I am using latest Thunderbird - when I downloaded this programme although I right-clicked the add-on it remained disabled.

When I click on a folder with right mouse button, the Folder color menu is disable, so I can't try it.

I decided to try Earlybird (Thunderbird version 53.a02) and to my surprise Color Folders is working again...

Thanks, guys, for the tip concerning disabling "Remove Duplicate Content" - works fine for me on TB 45.3.0 again now. Relief! Only 3 stars rating because this is a bug or incompatibility and because the developer seems to have lost interest in his tool. Strange that there seem to be no viable alternatives around.

This is working for me in TB 45.2.0 on Windows 10 64-bit. It appears to be incompatible with the Remove Duplicates extension, however. With that extension installed, selecting a color from the picker would not actually change the color of a folder and "com.fisheater is undefined" would appear in the error console. Color Folders began working immediately after removing Remove Duplicates and restarting.

So frustrated as it didn't work for a long time till I disabled "Remove Duplicate Messages". Now it works fine. Great !

I really wanted this to differentiate two different email accounts but unfortunately it doesn't work on the Inboxes as far as I can see. works great on other folders although could be a bit brighter.
