I have encounterd the same problems with Folderpanes 0.0.5.1. and TB 3.01

I tried:

Hi all,

I have experienced the same problems with folderpanes 0.0.5.1. under TB3.01 like others on this page. I tried:

You can also change these values in Edit menu, Preferences, Advanced, general tab, Config editor.

Does not work for TB 3.0. Use Manually sort folders 0.4.4 instead. It works perfectly.

The copy of this extension on the author's website works fine, but the one here does not.

On Mac and TB 3.0+ you need to install this add-on manually (the 0.0.5.1-mod version):

With 0.0.5.1 version (installed through add-ons from thunderbird menu) i get the same error message

I tried the new version (5.1), but I still get the message "XML Parsing Error". This is on a Mac with the latest OS (10.6.2). Are others having this problem as well?

There is now another tool that works side-by-side with FolderPane Tools. It's called Manually Sort Folders:

It's right this add on wasn't updated, i found the solution at this page
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_3.0_-_New_Features_and_Changes.
You can find a link at this web page to the updated version of the add on, it worked for me !!
