that was added by alexthomas is working perfectly with FF9.

Here is the modified xpi to install to FF9 and make it work. Just d/l it, drag it into the browser and it will install like normal.

GMail Manager is incompatible with Firefox 9.0.

Will not accept my password and claims my email address doesn't exist.
I have checked into GMail myself so I know it is not me at fault.

Any luck on 2-step verification? After enabling 2-step verif. for Gmail, extension stopped working for me :(
Is there any new version available that can handle 2-step verification or accept application specific passwords? I just can't get it working with the 2-step verification enabled ...

"Download it. Open Firefox Menu->Add-Ons
There is a button with a gear icon in the top-right of the tab, click it and select "Install add-on from file" and select the xpi file you just downloaded.

An essential app.
I GREATLY appreciate the author's effort - I only wish he would make a statement as to his future plans for this tool. It would save us - and him - from frustrating reviews and the constant re-checking for an official fix (fingers still crossed, Todd!)

Works perfectly on my laptop - W7 x64, refuses to log me in on my desktop - W7 x86.

Pile of garbage, not only will it not log in, no option to force SSL can't drag to place.

It's not working for me either. Keeps showing a prompt box that asks for a password over and over.

Firefox 8 on Debian 6. Not working (It keeps asking for the password again and again).

The app does half of what it promises. It allows me to open a different gmail account in each tab.
The problem is that the notification poortion of the app doesn't work properly (it would only sign in to one of my 3 accounts). If the notifications worked I'd give this a 5.
