Fixes stream/save on Windows, forces extension (eg. .flv) when clicking the save icon (for some files), minor ruleset changes.

This version saves the generated results to a file and changes how tabs are opened, so should be a lot more stable. There's also support for flashblock.

Pretty much everything is updated... the YouTube now works with their new system; there's now support for iFilm and CurrentTV too. Also, there's a few options to make your life easier - a little icon which appears if UnPlug will work on the page, and the ability to look at playlists so it can suggest better links. Enjoy!
