ExportAllCertificates now creates filenames that include the certificate common name (CN) and organisation (O). In addition, certificate files are also numbered.

Fixes issue with hard-coded directory separator in Windows (slash vs backslash).
If you have installed version 1.0 and you use Windows, you are affected and you should upgrade.
