Mine anmeldelser

Correct Identity

Bedømmelse: 5 ud af 5 stjerner

Dennis, this app is fantastic for preventing my blunders in using the wrong email account.

My one remaining error is when I'm originating an email to a new address, especially when clicking a mailto link in a browser. I almost always want to use my personal account, but if I were last logged into a work account it uses that.

Is it possible to let the user specify a default account for new emails and use that whenever TB is invoked from another app? Also, within TB, if New Message is clicked when the user isn't in the default account, pop up a window asking if they want to continue with the current account or use the default account.

StandardTexter

I would have used more canned responses if I didn't have to save them in a text file somewhere. This lets me save them in Thunderbird. Simple and clean - I love it.

Hopefully some day the developer will treat line breaks like </br>. It could be done while the user types or when the text is inserted. For me it's not worth taking a star off, but it might be an annoyance for others.

This is a really great idea, but entering in all the contacts tied to each account is a lot of work.

There's got to be an easier way to add contacts to an account. It would be great if, when I select a different identity when composing an email, it could pop up and ask if I want to associate that identity with the addressee(s).

Or if not, maybe add an item to do that to the right-click menu for addresses.
