This was exactly what I was looking for :) It worked perfectly and is great for keeping TB's address book and my iPhone in sync via occasional updates: iPhone -> Windows Contacts -> TB3. I give it only 4 stars because it is obviously incomplete from a features/GUI perspective. But the core functionality is there and works very well indeed!

Gutes Tool für iPhone Nutzer.
Habe das Problem, dass e-mail Adressen in Gruppenlisten nicht übernommen werden:
E-mail an Verteilerliste - E-mails müssen noch einmal eingegeben werden...

tested on TB 3.1.2

it is the best way to update your TB contacts with phone numbers and e-mails from your mobile: get them from Nokia PC suite (or from Samsung, Sony and any other brand) into Windows 7 "Contacts" and then import them into TB trough this add-in.

only some small things:
-- "execute on load" should be an interactive (dialog) question on first run of add-in, even with option to schedule next time of import or request for import.
– some "help" is appreciated for "contacts directory" string for novice users, it may be short explanation inside add-in and/or "browse" button

TB 3.06 Import hat klaglos funktioniert.
Man kann die Adressen auch in das Persönl. Adressb. hinüberziehen (und danach Addon abschalten falls man es sonst nicht mehr braucht.)

Gute Ansätze - aber der zu vergebende Name des TB-Adressbuchs ist zu kurz! Das Standardadressbuch heißt doch "Persönliche Adressen". Dieser Name ist aber zu lang für das PlugIn...

Funktioniert (mit manueller Anpassung) auch in TB 3.1.2!

Einfach die XPI-Datei mit einem ZIP-Programm öffnen und die Datei 'install.rdf' extrahieren und mit einem Text-Editor (z.B. WordPad) die Eigenschaft <em:maxVersion> von
<em:maxVersion>3.0.*</em:maxVersion> auf
<em:maxVersion>3.1.*</em:maxVersion> ändern.

Abspeichern und wieder ins Archiv packen. Installieren. Voilà.

Das Addon macht genau was es soll. Endlich einfaches Kontakte-Synchronisieren zwischen Windows, TB und iPhone.

funktioniert nicht, sobald der windows kontakte ordner an eine andere stelle verschoben wurde, eventuell nicht die environment-variable "USERPROFILE" auslesen, sondern "USERCONTACTS" o.ä.
das selbe problem würde auftreten wenn der kontakte ordner umbenannt würde.

ansonsten eine sehr nette idee
