Thank you for great add-on! Manually folders sorting is what I really missed in Thunderbird.

This feature is already present. It's now in bold in the addon description ;-)

I would greatly appreciate the ability to reorder account names as well.

Thank you for this add-on! "Manually sort folders 0.1" does very well what it promises.

I can only hope an add-on to TB 3.0b4 to reorder the accounts. Maybe in a future version this add-on can do it too?
