VEVO on youtube is fighting back on this and as of now this plugin in working great on all but VEVO videos on youtube. (it used to work)
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.9.5.1-signed).The newest version (1.11) should work with VEVO too, but I'm not sure for how long. You can get it from the website ( netvideohunter.com ) because here on the addons page the new version is waiting for the review from Mozilla before it's available for download.

It is the best program I have ever used for downloading videos off the internet, however if you download older versions of the addons or older versions of Firefox, the addon may not work properly. Also the other issue that I have is that when I download some HD videos in YouTube in 360 or 480 quality it will not download in the lower quality, but rather in the full 1080 or 720 quality. I am not sure why this happens, but I am trying to find a solution to it.

This is an amazing program. It's very easy to use and can grab literally anything. It can even grab Soundcloud music which not even the custom Soundcloud addons can get! Nothing seems to phase it. I decided to come here and write the review for this reason.

I've tried probably every addon that has to do with capturing video from websites over the years. Without a doubt NetVideoHunter is the most consistent, easy to use addon of it's type I have found. It even can grab things like mp4 files from Vine and original files from flash embedded videos. If you're looking for this type of addon, then stop, install NVH. You have found all you will ever need.

Great work. Downloads videos quickly and it allows you to download more than one at once - unlike videodownload helper - which I was using happily for a while - until it started getting buggy. Been using this for 4 months now and so far, it's been absolutely great.

there may be a conflict with firegestures but context menu item doesn't work. when you click, windows (or tab) doesn't open. other than that, a great app.

If nothing else is great in 2012, my experience as the multi-platform sysop, in despite to almost every other add-on publisher's inconsistencies and/or lack of quality thereof, NVHD (NetVDOHunter-Downloader) has been retaining the excellent ongoing contribution to "making things work" on its add-on regardless. Period. Keep it up-!
I have neither affiliation with the publisher nor receive any benefits from any sponsor whatsoever, besides the free usage to this great add-on for the past year or so. Also to those whose complaint regards "it is not working for me", should try reading... you know, it usually do you some good anyhow. There are always "fixes" for all versions & aspects to this add-on, oh yes, I read and did get fixed to all problems I had encountered.
P.S. Happy Pre-2013 to all who read this-!

之前一直好用的，不知道怎么着，现在很多视频页面都无法检测了，是不是只能检测Flash，新的HTML5视频播放器无法检测？
