Improved compatibility with the Thunderbird Conversations add-on.
To edit a message it isn't necessary anymore to have it visible in the message pane.
Fixed ESModules unloading (and cache flushing) in WindowListener.
Since the cache wasn't flushed in the previous version you may have to flush it manually.

Due to Supernova changes in Thunderbird now only works with opened messages.
The Message list context menu is now hidden when no message is visible.
The Message menu submenu was removed.
The font-family for the full source editor was changed to monospace.
