The Add signature' addons works fine for me (while the recommanded 'Signature Switch' addons failled to install).

You have to download it, then from Thunderbird menu 'tool(outils)/Addons(Modules complémentaires)/ in 'Extensions' and menu parameters "install from folder/file". Then restart Thunderbird.
