Allows to Mark a complete folder as read, Nice!
(the name of this extension should reflect this awesome feature BTW)

Feature request: allow to disable confirmation dialog.
UPDATE: this issue was resolved by the Developer the day after my request. Nice!

To disable the confirmation dialog go to about:config and set mailnews.nav_crosses_folders to 0.

Added this to the description, will have a look at an option.
