Excellent tool! Being new to TB and its add-ons, I had some difficulty understanding what I was supposed to do and which version of ImportExportTools I should use. Christopher was a great help to me throughout the process. It seems to have worked flawlessly in allowing me to import my mother's Windows Live Mail (yes, she was still using WLM!).
