I switched to this from "Shrunked Image Resizer". So far it works great and I received a response to my email question very quickly. I unchecked all of column 1 in the 'Actions' group box because otherwise the addon kept asking me to resize people's signatures when I replied to emails. I'll use the toolbar button if I want to resize inline attachments.

Thanks for this review.@ everyone: If you get annoyed by ARI interactive mode behaviour regarding images in people signatures, you can prevent it to fire by setting some firing criteria (see settings dialog). Or you can simply disable interactive mode...
