Tasks & Mails it is amazing add-on for Mozilla Thunderbird.

Basic idea is simple and very effective. You can connect your task to email folder(s) or even with individual email messages.

I tried different task management programs like Outlook, Google Calendar Tasks and task in my Nokia. Overall the most effective way for me was to manage my tasks partially by Excel and manually on paper.

I use 3 different email addresses simultaneously in Thunderbird. Next step was lightning add-on

and synhronisatio with Google Calendar:

Overall with use of Tasks & Mails add-on is for me great tool for better efficiency 

Tasks & Mails it is amazing add-on for Mozilla Thunderbird for task management of one person and his emails.

If you are manager or you have to work with your team you need to do team activities like:
- delegate tasks
- check if tasks are finished
- approve finished tasks
- remind of unfinished tasks
If you are member of team you have to:
- receive tasks
- accept, change or reject received tasks
- finished tasks
- report finished tasks.

One of solutions is to add:
- owner of the task
- Person who is responsible to the task.

Other smaller suggestions for development in new versions are:
1. Add preferences options in menu
2. Manual input or change different types, number and sort of priorities such as (A1, A2,…, A3, B1.. C3)

We are looking forward for new version,
