Hi,

I just installed Linkification, turns out it messes up viewing my mail via OWA 14. If you use OWA, for the love of God, don't install this addon - otherwise you won't be able to read your emails!!!

I tried TEXT LINK, PLAIN TEXT LINK, and PLAIN TEXT LINKER listed here and none of them worked correctly with Firefox 37. But Linkification worked perfectly.

I wish there was an option 'disable url reference when opening link by highlight+open_in* mode'. Sometimes visited sites should't know what other pages we came from ;)

Can you add the option to make the " com" to ".com"? space+com --> ".com"

or more precisely " com/" turn into ".com/"

Thanks for the tip. Would have saved me the effort of teasing out the cause of high CPU usage / Firefox freezes on certain websites myself. Amazon.com was particularly annoying!

Go to Linkification Options > Functionality tab and where it says "Auto-Linkify Whitelist/Blacklist" add the following:

localhost,google.com,hotmail.com,live.com,amazon.com,facebook.com,mail.live.com

Make sure "Never Auto-Linkify the following domains" is checked and "Only Auto-Linkify the following domains" is unchecked.

Those sites should stop freezing unless another add-on is having issues.

Linkification has worked fine for me for a few years I just wish I could move the add-on button to the new bar on Firefox 29.

It would be fantastic to enjoy Linkification skills in Thunderbird as well!
