The file - edit - view... toolbar is gone. How the heck do I work with this thing?

Hi,
thank you for the theme, it's awesome.
There is one issue though, I have noticed so far. When you open the folder-subscription dialog in thunderbird (File--> Subscribe...), I am missing the checkboxes on the right side, showing which folder is currently subscribed or not.
You can this with the default thunderbird theme.
I am using Ubuntu Linux, if this is relevant.

I really like these themes for T-bird as well as the equivalent in Firefox. But it appears you can't have both aqua and graphite installed at the same time. If I want to switch, say from aqua to grpahite, I have to reinstall the graphite, and then the aqua is gone. Same going in the other direction. I can't just choose between the two and restart.
