With out Mr. Tech I couldn't use a few important add-ons. Plus I will not beta test if Mr. Tech doesn't work in the beta browser.

And such is the way of MTLI, ye merry gentlescrubs-- 'cept-- only different i suppose. 'Suppose the thing might want for prerequisite-- that you've got to be a little bit nuts to appreciate the tomfoolery-- but all the same-- the "Toolkit" is indeed, "totally awesome". I admit, I simply could not help myself to share with you this private reflection.
In other words....

And when you come across something, perhaps new to you, and find yourself taking it in like some tasty waves, and a cool buzz-- you might thank Mr Tech aloud to yourself, crying "Awesome. Totally Awesome!! Alright Reyes!", and no longer will you wait an extra 20 seconds for your browser to boot, and you'll realize the true pleasure of Surfin', dude-- putting away the Fire' for a while, groovin' on a stoney cool chill with Jimi, and the Seamonkey Experience (SM 2.0).... uh, let me prove it to ya....

Wonderful for getting extensions to work with the new Firefox 3.1 that haven't been updated yet... just rightclick on them and choose MAKE COMPATIBLE.

Works as advertised with Vista Home Premium, Sunbird V0.9.
BTW - HTML backup of bookmarks works fine for me.

I love this extension, but contrary to the billing, it is not compatible with 3.1 beta 1, at least not on my 10.4 Mac. It might be on a PC. Just warning you.

Yesterday I installed FF3.5.2 and the bookmarks "Export to HTML" feature came to life back again even with MR Tech Toolkit installed. After one year... (see below). Of course it was an interference from another add-on. Which one? I don't know... Mel Reyes asked me to investigate it but (sorry) I had no time to Bisection Test of more than 50 add-ons I have installed. I decided for a roundabout: Keep My Boomarks ! (currently) 0.1.4 to export to a local folder, but it is a FF3.0.x add-on... so I tested FF3.5.2 bookmarks export (MR Tech Toolkit activated) and everything works fine.

... After install MR Tech Toolkit (formerly Local Install) 6.0.1 on Firefox 3.0.3, the Firefox is UNABLE TO EXPORT BOOKMARKS TO HTML. If I disable MR Tech Toolkit add-on, then bookmarks export is possible"

Using this extension I was able to make the as yet "incompatible" older version of Read Easily load and apparently work w/o conflicts to my extensions configuration for FF 3.0.1. I love Read Easily for those black background sites, or the light green text on dark tan. It is a small utility that strips style separate from content; and MR Tech Toolkit extension management allows disabling of Extensions that clearly are incompatible w/o uninstalling them but while waiting for compatibility fixes. I have four "incompatible" items manually disabled, in quarantine, but I toggled Read Easily to be enabled, and things are just fine.

In a word "wow"! I have been using Fx only since 2.0.0.1, I have seen this addon talked about in various places - when it had it's old name - and never tried it for one reason or another. After reading about it elsewhere I gave it a go and could kick myself for not trying it earlier! Excellent set of tools for Firefox, it is awesome. I have been able to remove some addons thanks to this as I no longer need them, as a result I have a faster browser that is still "as I want it". No problems at all. 5 out of 5 - although I would give it more if I could! This should have an award and "Toolkit" does not do it justice as it is First Aid, Sanity Saver and a lot more besides just a toolkit! Many thanks for an awesome / new favourite addon that actually works!
