How to: Get it to work with thunderbird 3
To get it to work with Thunderbird 3 follow these steps:
open the .xpi file (the one you download from here) in winrar. Cick on the file install.rdf and drag it out from the archive. Now open install.rdf in notepad and look fr the line that says XXX in the thunderbird section. Now replace whatever was there in place of XXX with e.g. 3.5 (that's what I put in there... It can be any version number as long as it's above 3.0) - now save the file and drag it back to the archive (winrar). Finally install in Thunderbird 3 - voila it all works like a charm.

Could have the option to require a password to restore Firefox!
It would be very useful, give the option to lock-ons from third parties ...

Please make it compatible for thunderbird 3.0 also.

That's funny. The page prevents me from downloading this add-on because it's for older versions of firefox. So I try Internet Explorer and the page kindly suggests that I get Firefox instead.
Stop trying to make my decisions for me, Firefox. Otherwise Opera is starting to look more and more attractive.
Oh, and will someone update this add-on, please?

This isn't up to date. I attempted to install ignoring the version check but still wasn't able to install because I have ff 3.5.5, I hope that this is updated soon. It sounds like a good idea.

MinimizeToTray is compatible with Firefox all the way up to version 3.5.5. After that, it just doesn't work at all.

Very nice and realy handy. One extra option would be nice though: minimize on pressing the Esc key.
