Folder Account
Lets you associate user accounts and identities with specific folders. Great for multiple users who share TB, or for managing mailing lists.
Open by Message-ID
For any 'mid', 'mailto', 'news', or 'nntp' URI in the message body that may contain a Message-ID, this adds menu items to the context menu to attempt to open the message for that ID from the message database, from a news server, or in a web browser.
Apply ROT13
Apply ROT13 to selected text in messages.
Select any text in the message body, right-click on the selection to open the context menu and select "Apply ROT13". Alternatively, you can use a configurable keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-Shift-D by default).
