Bugs fixed in this version (thanks to Jason Durbin and Ralf Ullrich):

* Unable to use the Euro sign.
* Wrong behaviour when quit date is in the future.
* In Options dialog through the Extensions dialog, the OK button
doesn't work.
* In the Options Window [OK] and [Cancel] are in a different order
from other extensions and are not associated with the default keys for them.
* Firefox (and also Thunderbird) crashes when Quitomzilla tries to
show the 11th milestone alert in the same navigator session.

New features in this version:

* Option to "Paste text" under Thunderbird signature.
* Show last milestone in tooltip text.
* Option to disable milestone notifications.
