Quick Workflow Bar places reusable email workflows directly above the message body. Set up your recipients and message text once, then apply a workflow with a button or keyboard shortcut.
FREE VERSION
• Three active workflows with a To recipient and message text.
• Pinned buttons, colours and icons, and compact or comfortable toolbar layouts.
• Searchable workflow palette, keyboard shortcuts, backup and template import.
PRO – US$2.49 ONE-TIME
No subscription. Includes applicable taxes. One licence supports up to two activations.
Pro adds:
• Additional workflows – up to 200 in total.
• Subject lines, CC and BCC recipients.
• Rich-text editing for HTML messages: bold, italic, underline, lists, links and text colours.
• Your own stored language variants, with an option to remember a content language for each recipient.
• Automatic values such as date, time and filenames, plus custom variables requested when inserting a workflow.
• SmartDrop: drop files onto a workflow to attach them and apply the workflow.
• Attachment guard: check for a required attachment and allowed file type before sending.
CURRENCY AND PURCHASE
Payments are charged in US dollars (USD). If your payment is converted to euros or another currency, the final amount depends on the exchange rate and any conversion fees applied by PayPal or your card provider. No fixed amount in euros is promised.
Install the free extension from this Thunderbird listing. The optional Pro licence is purchased separately through schiffel.com and Lemon Squeezy. Activate your personal licence key online once in the add-on; the local activation certificate is then verified offline. An existing valid Pro licence does not require another purchase for this update. The licence covers the purchased major version under the included licence terms.
LANGUAGES
The interface follows Thunderbird's language: German or English, with English used as the fallback for other languages. Email content is separate from the interface language. The add-on does not translate your templates automatically; you provide the language variants you need.
DATA AND BACKUP
Templates and settings stay locally in Thunderbird. The extension does not send email content for licence verification and contains no telemetry. It supports its own backups, Quicktext JSON/XML and Clippings JSON; unsupported special features from other extensions are not reproduced.
USAGE
Ctrl+Space opens the workflow search. Ctrl+Shift+1 through 3 runs the first three pinned workflows; additional shortcuts can be assigned in Thunderbird. Requires Thunderbird 140.0 or later. Close and reopen compose windows after updating.
