Quick Folder Key Navigation

As a non-mouse user this add-on makes Thunderbird usable. Without it, navigating between email accounts and folders is a lousy experience.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
