Justa a quick fix for tb 139 ... download de 5.21 ver, unpack and
correct the manifest.json (strict_max_version) and pack it again.

This addons is part of my daily working tool set.
I'll eagerly wait for a TB78.x version

Excelent tool, but sadly it is not working with tb 78.2.
The menu entry doesn't show up in the Tools menu.
