The weather forecast add-on is quite accurate for my place.it also occupies only little space in the toolbar than any other add-ons.

Every time Firefox does an update Forecastfox disappears. I figured out you have to go to the "view" tab then go to "Toolbar" tab and click on Add-on Bar. Then voila it appears along the bottom of the page!

It's simple to change cities. Go up to your top left hand orange firefox tab click and open 'option' and click the 'menu bar' so it opens up and so you can see that old friend the menu bar. I DONT KNOW WHY FIREFOX EVER HID THAT BAR. THAT'S THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now go to tools and click on "addons." There you can find the forecastfox and its 'option' button.' Click option button and location should be right there. Put in your zip that you want and click search, the city should appear below and click on DIRECTLY ON THE CITY YOU WANT and wah lah youre city appears.

It has a default location of NY.
I can't figure out how to fix this, and the support section has 33 requests for help with the same problem. There is absolutely no reason for this problem to continue to exist, or for there to not be an obvious way to change location after at least 33 people have the same problem.
A waste of time.

this add-on is great you can see all the weather predictions up to 6 days and when you go home you know if it's going to rain or not so this add-on is very usefull

I'm so glad that one of my top-5 add-ons is working again. Just wish it was as customizable as it had been - e.g., you used to be able to pick different icon set for each town so you could instantly recognize which one you were looking at. Tha nk God the radar is at least back. Please keep it current.

thnak you very much for this addon, I've been using it for years now ...
recently I noticed that there's a problem syncing between the temperature shown on the addon bar and the one I get when I click on the hourly forecast icon, could I be wrong ?
@kajomodo, I'm using it with firefox 9 too on Win7 and I've never experienced the bar moving by it's own, it stays where I put it, on two of my computers (it's on the bottom on one and on the top on another), try again :)

Using ff 9.0.1 and I've added it to my tabs "toolbar". it fits on the right side perfectly! I love that I don't have to have it in the bookmarks toolbar (never use it) which many add-on's require. I love the fact that i have a big radar screen i can see besides the regular weather for the next 3 days and also get alerts by a non obtrusive small red icon. never have i seen such a multifaceted weather app!!

I'm using Firefox 9.0 and Forecast fox doesn't display in the add-on toolbar like the other add-ons. It only show up when I enable the menu toolbar and when you drag it to the addon toolbar, it doesn't stay. Please fix this bug, I have used this program for YEARS and I miss it!

I'm using Firefox 9.0 and Forecast fox doesn't display in the add-on toolbar like the other add-ons. It does show up when I enable the menu toolbar (?), but it's impossible to see the application because the Firefox background strip is black. Any chance of moving this down where the other add-ons are located? I've used this app for a long time and really miss using it.

This is great extension. A couple of things: I'm from holland and I can't get a nice radar, I dont know if u can make it that you can choose the radar? The other thing can you make a pop-up by the calender and the clock? Would be cool!
