to Michael Blum am May 13, 2011 and wilywombat am May 12, 2011:there is a simple reason for a "only-5-days-forecast": it's IMPOSSIBLE to figure out the weather for more than 5 days because it's spleenish and moody NATURE. so it makes no sense to try a forecast for more than 5 days and even this is very iffy. usually a 3-days-forecast is the absolute maximum.TAKE MORE OFTEN A LOOK OUTSIDE YOUR WINDOW!

I agree with wilywombat, I like the 8 day forecast better! other than that, I like it and have used it for years. Less is not better! I also detest using "today" & "tomorrow" on the forecast, pleas4e go back to the actual day.

I think that the developer should go back to making the 8 day forecast available as I have downgraded my firefox to 3.6.17 so that I can re-install version 0.9 of this addon that allows me to display 8 day forecasts...All this just because the developer wants to go to 5 day?....

Added an additional toolbar to my FF4 and I cant seem to put Forcast fox there and keep it stuck! Every time I load firefox it goes back to the status bar

Not updating this nor my FF 3.6.* cause of this.
It's dumbed down of what it used to be once ( I tried FF4 and this and it's a no go for me).

Sad, but it is time to move on. Firefox is pushing the move to version 4 and although this addon is still ok in its version 2 release I think it is a sad imitation of what it once was. The web based configuration is a pain, but tolerable, the nasty garish new graphics are ok if you wear sunglasses, but the intransigence on the move to greater than 4 day forecasts is a killer (yes i know they say 5 but for me counting today as a forecast is just pushing the point too far). After trying others I finally went for Weather Watcher Live which (although it is a bit U.S. centric) works well is not obtrusive and gives a longer range forecast.

Nice, lots of features and works seamlessly for me on Firefox 4.0.1. I have previously used other weather Add-ons (such as AniWeather), but this Add-on is superior in options, features, presentation and perhaps most of all -- speed!

Версия 0.9.10.2 была функциональней последующих. Во-первых, было удобно ставить большее количество дней (у меня была неделя), а теперь я могу себе позволить только 4 дня. Во-вторых, в той версии перевод на русский был более-менее адекватным (в версии 2.0.2 есть шикарные фразы:отчасти до большей частью облачно, несколько ливней). В-третьих, я бы с удовольствием убрала голубой фон во всплывающем окне,а лучше сделала возможность его менять на своё усмотрение (в версии 0.9.10.2 он был под цвет темы в FF).

well working great in FF 4 , had to enable the addon bar first in the display settings, to see the weather.

FF 4.0, addon bar is displayed. Can't set location. Can't make any settings changes. Guess I'll have to load Aniweather. Was a fan/user of Forecastfox for a long time.

it's a little buggy with noscript, but once i allowed the addon toolbar and cookies from accuweather.com and getforecastfox.com and temporarily allowed scripts from some place I can't remember just now--I could at least get my locations correct. Weatherbug's not working in firefox4 yet but its traffic cams can be accessed thru this.

Thanks for the tip but I tried that and more and nothing works. I have a Dell Latitude E4310. I can't waste any more time trying to get Forecastfox to work, I'll just move on to something that works. Thanks again for the tip.

My favorite weather add-on. When I upgraded to Firefox 4 it disappeared. I re-installed it, then clicked the Firefox tab at the top--Add-on options--Add-on bar, and it came back up. Should fix everybody's FF4 and Windows Vista/7 problems.

This is a great extension, I used to use Forecastbar Enhanced, but it doesn't work in FF4. I am happy to use this extension, I just wish it were as customizable as Forecastbar Enhanced is.

Awesome weather add-on. I've used ForecastFox Enhanced for years because of the radar map. I'm glad they finally added that to the regular add-on. Works like a charm with FF4, also.
