For British users, the official met-office Firefox plugin may be a good replacement: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/gadgets/firefox.html The met office is a service funded by the British government so there's no ads etc and it's pretty trustworthy

This addon IS WORKING!!!

Installed today and works like a charm.
Very nice and I love how much you can decide the amount of detail to show.
The radar display when you mouse over the icon is way cool

This use to be great. It no longer works for any version old or new.
Try Old Apps.com for the older versions of Firefox
but Forecast fox is no longer connecting to servers and it does not work at all now on any version of Firefox

It's 9pm and we aren't exactly in the land of the midnight sun, here in Melbourne Australia. But Forecastfox tells me it's a sunny, 29 degrees.
Dumb.
Does anyone know a reliable weather add-on for Australia?

BUT it will not install into my Firefox 3.6b1pre!... maybe the next version?

As reported by several users in the forum, there are intermittent problems with the latest version. All stats show up as 0 or missing (0mph wind, 0F, everything else missing)

will you be doing this to support other browsers? I've been having terrible problems with Firefox 3.5 and have had to switch to Chrome for the time being as FF crashes my system after the update.

I lurve my Forecastfox and want it back somehow!

i have a black theme and have it set to show on the bookmarks bar. well there are grey lines in between the weathers, are there any way to get rid of these?

I have been using Forecastfox for a few years now. I really like it. The weather is accurate and I love that you can customize it to show any aspect of the weather. I have mine set to show the phases of the moon, sunrise and sunset, humidity, barometric pressure, and the three-day forecast.

Upgraded to Firefox 3.5 and forecastfox stopped working. Error message: Connection Error. Went o Accuweather.com and page links load all skewed.

Sorry Forecastfox stopped working when you updated Firefox. Has the problem continued? Please contact support at http://groups.google.com/group/forecastfox-users so we can resolve the issue.
