i like how unobtrusive the bar is however the accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. right now it says current conditions are mostly cloudy...i look out the window and see beautiful blue skys and not a cloud in sight

if you have the fftooltip stuck at the end of the bar instead of the next days forecast go to options find extended forecast click customize and choose defaults it should now show temps for the next day.

As Duareg stated on July 11, 2009, I also want my Forecastfox to be the right side of the toolbar-menubar? Forecastfox used to work this way for me until I upgraded to Firefox 3.5...

Very nice, but also very inaccurate sometimes. But what the hell, weather forecast is something quite crazy anyway! And I like this add-on!

sorry - but it is better to look out of the window. in the moment it is raining as hell and forecastfox says "no clouds", last week it was sunny and no clouds as far as you can see and it said "raining".
location: berlin, germany.
one star for running stable.

Very inaccurate.

When here at Mexico was sunny, Forecastfox said "RAINING"?!

This is 100 percent inaccurate. I tested temperatures where I am: my own, fire stations, weather service, etc. This was sometimes 12 degrees off. It is awful. I don't know if it uses Accu Weather, but as an editor, I got my newspaper out of Accu Weather because it is so bad.

I love the interface, and I was showing my wife how nice it was, and she saw the temperature discrepancy, which led me to test it over several days.

I was disappointed to find that it doesn't work because I just love the five-day forecast in my SU toolbar.

I'm sorry for a bad review, and I don't give bad reviews very often, even when things are bad, but this is so off that I felt compelled. I'm glad others have found it useful and I hope mine was just an isolated problem.

Thanks for the review- I'm sorry AccuWeather hasn't worked well in your area. Could you please post your location information on the Forecastfox users support group so that I can have AccuWeather investigate this? There have been bugs with certain locations in the past!

Brilliant. Very useful if I'm so interested in a web page that I don't realise if the weather has changed outside. Maybe on the next update you could include an option to change the text colour because sometimes the text colour clashes with the personas skin I apply.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll look into making Forecastfox styles and themes compatible with personas skins.

I use this add-on everyday several times a day. Since my browser is open most of the day, I use the Forecastfox to keep track on the weather throughout the day. I'd say it is one of the most useful tools I have on my browser.

Muy útil. Lo estoy utilizando desde que descubrí este complemento (casi a la par con el nacimiento de Firefox), y es una forma sencilla y bastante fiable de ver el tiempo actual y la previsión para tu ciudad. Altamente recomendable.

Works great for me. How can I set it to be on the right side of the main-menubar/toolbar-menubar?
It just keeps on sticking to the question mark (so it is in the middle of the toolbar).

Very nice! I have been using it for quite awhile now and find it to be extensively customizable as well.

Although, having 5 decimal points on Humidity (hmid=75.84393%) is a bit silly. It should be roundable (i.e.:hmid:2 or hmid:0).

Great add-on. Works fine for me under FF3.5. Only con I have is that the 5 day forecast icon doesn't display well when using darker themes.
