Dopóki nie wyszła nowa wersji przeglądarki Firefox, Gmail Manager działał świetnie - ładnie sprawdzało pocztę (mam aż 4 konta na gmailu). Niestety, po aktualizacji Firefox-a program Gmail Manager zupełnie przestał działać. Nie loguje do żadnego z kont i jest bezużyteczny. Jeżeli można prosić o aktualizację tego programu do nowej wersji przeglądarki, byłabym ogromnie wdzięczna. Bez niego sprawdzanie poczty jest koszmarem. :P

Tried the version posted by Sarre, but it isn't displaying new message notifications (no pop-up, and number of "unread" is still "0")....????

IT WORKS AGAIN, YAY!
After reading thru many recent reviews, I took the hint & went to this link which, being an .xpi, automatically installed. Restarted Firefox, works great once again. Btw, my prob was the non-stop dialogue boxes requesting to login to each acct @ each Firefox launch--which they had already permission to do so. So I can't say for sure mine had to do w/Windows Updates (still, can't rule it out either). Missed this addon so much in its absence. THANX! I'll be re-donating after this.

Here is an edited version for beta 7. It will show up on the addonbar. I take no credit, all I did was apply others fixes.

Sarre's link is a working non-official patch. Upon inspection, the only modifications to the code are the gmail login urls. See below.

Why isn't it updated? It's been a long tine since it stopped working and there are fixes everywhere but in the official website. Why shouldn't they want to fix it?

Works now. used link Sarre posted in review and now working fine again. Anybody have any idea why it stopped working for a week or so. just curious

If you're really paranoid about non-Todd manager installs, download the gypsy fix then copy and paste the appropriate section of the download into your existing Todd-gmail-manager. (First do your h'work.)

Like to others Gmail Manager is essential to me, and I want to thank you all for your efforts.
The solution at https://github.com/downloads/athomas/mozilla-firefox-addons/gmail_manager-0.6.4.1.3-fx+sm.xpi works perfectly.
Also thanks to those of you that gave answers to us who might have been skeptical.

Addon has stopped working. Won't accept your (correct) password now. Will wait a month before I delete it if not updated.

I just read some of the last comments and I have sympathy for being scaptical if my Addon version and some others are free of malware code or something like this. To proof which changes I made in my version compared to the official version 0.6.4.1 you only have to compare the files "install.rdf" and "components/gmServiceGmail.js".
If you do so you will see that this version is trustworthy and can be used without any risk!

Just to be clear, is the issue everyone having where clicking the gmail manager icon opens up a google window telling you that cookies are turned off (when they're not) ?
Also it attempts to login to your account about 4x
Im a bit iffy about installing unverified addons, esp one that logs into my gmail account

General ledger -- You're right .. there is a risk when you grab something untested .. I looked at what WOT said about github (trusted) - I looked at their website .. I made a restore point before downloading .. the site asked for NO INFO .... and I ran Malwarebytes and Spybot after downloading.. How can you be sure ANYTHING is safe??
It would be kind of odd for someone to wait until a Firefox add-on breaks,, repair it, put in a virus or something and then hope that people grab it .. BUT, you may be RIGHT...

@ people who installed the patch-
how do you know where it came from and that your login information is not being harvested. I miss this addon too, but i am not sure i trust some random person's patch.

This supplement has ceased to function, the damage is a very good supplement unless Fünf. But for about five days is not fuction.16.9.2011

I used this add on for a long time, i used to love it . Now I had to use a trick wich will work till the next Gmail update... So I give a ** because of my love for this add on and I don't understand guys giving ***** for an addons broken as it is. You had to download a patch for who the f..... knows and still you give 5 stars....
No this add on is out of order, it WAS awesome and now you 'll have to find a trick.
Please give us an update.
