Super helpful. I use a different inbox for each website I manage, and this is a great non-intrusive way of checking up on requests without having to logout/login ad nauseum to each account. A great time-saver and workflow helper.

Could you please change the toolbar icon, since, in its present form, it is transparent, and that just looks a bit weird. You colud add an an alternative icon maybe.
Otherwise, this addon is really great!

Potentially great, but buggy as hell. After 12 hours of polling, it will stop updating. Latest version can't check multiple accounts, only currently selected account will show updates.
Would be good if it also added Gmail as an email handler for you as well.

When I found this Extension, I was really happy, because it's just what I was looking for!
Worked absolutles great in FF2.
Now in FF3 I'm having the problem, that the new Tab that opens, when I click on the icon in the statusbar, always opens in ONE specific window, doesn't matter in which window I clicked it.
Any ideas? Thx!

running firefox 3.0 and gmail manager - every time it checks mail, it kills my AIM connections. had to take it off... other wise, great app.

The best manager, without a doubt. For some reason, it doesn't show up when I searched for add-ons with "gmail," so last time I updated firefox I installed the other gmail notifier instead. What a mistake!
This is the one true Gmail add-on! Accept no substitute! It's fast! it's reliable! It remembers your password and actually knows how to log in the first time, every time!

perfect add on , i would recommend it to anyone. but it currently has a bug with doesn't allow you to hit the ok or apply button. ( the button is visible , but clicking it does nothing)
waiting till the next update fixes this problem. Hopefully soon , i use this extension every day , every time i use firefox

Fantastic add-on, I have tried two other Gmail add-ons but this one does the job the way I want it to. The best part is having different options for each account! :)

I love the fact that I can just hover my mouse over the icon, and see what unread mail I have.
From that, I decide what I need to deal with first.
