says it is compatible with ffox 3 but ffox says otherwise. please fix this asap so we can all enjoy this fine extension?? would give it a 5 star rating if it worked as it did in the past versions

If the authors are going to claim this works in FF3, they should make the download work in FF3 and not require users to edit their code for them. They should be ashamed and embarrassed.

This is an excellent tool that just works and saves time when copying text from web pages.

I loved AutoCopy in my older version of FF but sadly it won't work with version 3.0. I sure hope someone updates it soon as I'm going nuts without it.

The fix works perfectly. Great program for quickly copying mIRC xdcc commands to the clipboard =) Would give 10 stars, but max is 5 lol.

2.Extract .xpi file
2.Open .xpi file in WinRAR
3.Extract "install.rdf"
3.Open "install.rdf" in notepad
4.Edit 3.0b5.* to 3.0.*
5.Save file
6.Place new file into .xpi file and overwrite old file
7.install new .xpi file
8.Enjoy

Although "Add to Firefox" button is green for Firefox3, AutoCopy 0.8 doesn't compatible with it.

I have noticed that the altered version of this extension (for FF3) does NOT copy text, with the option "Paste to Search Bar", from the options after highlighting :(

This extension should be inbuilt into FF and is excellent - ThanQ ;)
