I've always used this add-on to simplify my browser, have everything in one bar. Unfortunately, it won't work for the upcoming versions of Firefox. Wish it could be fixed.

Great add on! It may be hard for regular users to figure out the codes at first but its forum is very helpfull to create useful buttons for customised need.

I was looking for a one-click solution to enable/disable Stylish and this did the trick. (I found the code on the sourceforge forum linked in the description.)
I assigned a hotkey combination and may end up using it more than the button itself.
This really fit the bill, thanks!

This Addon is the best to learn programing JavaScript !
I have greater than 15 buttons of this, each one is a Mini-FF-App...
BUT it doesn't work since FF-20...
Then, I keep my FF at 19.0.2 since this addon will be compatible with FF-20+
Really need update to survive...

Buttons always stop working after I quit firefox. The buttons made only last 1 session, if firefox is closed and reopened they stop working. Can't edit buttons, can't delete them. Very un-user-friendly, need to know programming to do this (no instructions either).

Worked great on Thunderbird 20 on Windows 7/64 bit. Finally, I was able to enter the code and create a button to load the Activity Manager in a new tab instead of a window.
It was also easy to create a button to load the start page, which I have as a local-disk, graphics file. Add new button > Name "Start Page" > Paste Code > loadStartPage(); > Get Button Icon From Disk > DONE! Too cool!

This tool is fantastic, and keeps getting better. The current build (0.0.5.5) has a few bugs, but the dev build 0.0.5.6 fixes most of what I was having issues with. I've been using this thing for a few years and I can't live without it. I mainly use it to create custom shortcuts that I can drop anywhere on my toolbar without having the bookmarks open and hogging up space. If I could give it six stars out of five, I would. Awesome!
