Storage of passwords has been moved from Thunderbird's preference system to Thunderbird's LoginManager, providing added security. The first time that either Address Book is opened or TBDialOut's preferences edited, existing passwords will be migrated.

Added a 'Custom URL' option that allows you to configure TBDialOut to contact a web service to setup a call. This can be used with some hardware phones that have built in web interfaces (eg Snom, Yealink) and some software switchboards / PBXes
