Header Tools Improved

Much easier to use than EES (EditEmailSubject - which is useful but not as slick). Shortcut shift+@ handy on the fingers and seems to not interfere with anything
Would like "Change Header Details" panel to float without locking up Tbird.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
